Many of you might have heard of HIIT but what is it ? HIIT is where you push your limits in short bouts of time and repeat the routine for maximum results. Work. Sweat. Repeat. It’s powerful, and it comes with a slew of benefits. You have the option to try a variety of exercises with it, too. Hot HIIT YOGA XPRESS brings the best combination possible between Yoga , Cardio , HIIT and relaxation that will provide you with maximum benefits in a short time. Hot HIIT is a fun, challenging, full-body, high-intensity workout. Performed on a yoga mat in a heated room with music, Hot HIIT is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. The heathed 45 minutes sessions will start with a purely Vinyasa Yoga inspired warm up to get the blood flowing, the muscles warm and the cardio rate up , slowly making the way to the HIIT (workouts that involve short periods of intense exercise alternated with recovery periods) part of the class, combining Yoga Flow elements with strength training exercises and long posture holds for maximum metabolic rate boost , calorie consumption and strength gain. After 25 intensive minutes the cool down part of the class will give place to more gentle but deep stretching yoga postures for maximum recovery and relaxation before a short final Shavansana. The heart rates will go up, the sweat will be falling with this extremely efficient Xpress session that will have all the benefits of a gym session, a yoga session and a quick meditation rolled into one. Detox your mind and body and get maximum benefits in minimum time and complete safety. Not only will you detox and workout but the heath and yoga derived exercises make this workout lower-impact than most and a very safe way to get stronger, leaner and healthier in no time ! All fitness levels welcome but expect a challenge!
