**Yoga Kurunta** or the Inversion Series, designed by Aadil Palkhivala, releases tension from all the small and large postural muscles that surround the spine. This series relieves back and neck pain, while restoring and balancing all other bodily systems. The series releases pressure on spinal discs, increases blood flow and allows nerves to regenerate. HaTha Yoga is tuning the human system to the cosmic through conscious breathing. Rhythmed by breathing, the sequence of postures or Asana in inversion with the support of a pelvic belt, the absence of gravity allows the spine to stretch and adjust naturally, with physical relaxation, then optimising the mental, emotional and energetic benefits of the massage. What is the benefit of Sadhana or daily yogic practice? Yoga is the cultivation of consciousness and essentially means ‘finding the keys to the nature of existence’. Yoga is a very subtle process of bringing a balance between masculine and feminine in harmony with the universe. Like the Sun, Moon and Earth.
