YIN YANG YOGA - Gentle hatha yoga (Yang) is a slow flow composed of standing postures to strengthen muscles and develop balance and stability. Yin yoga is an introspective practice with long static postures. The postures strengthen the joints and ligaments while allowing the muscles and connective tissue (fascia) to relax. Yin Yoga has therapeutic effects and releases stress, anxiety and emotions from the body. These two yogas are an ideal combination working with the complete body, as well as relaxing the mind and nervous system. The class is taught in English and for all levels.
