The full moon and the energy of autumn will support us in this process helping us to let go and be ready for the months to come.

What would we do?🧘 Through observation and drawing we will connect to the sacred geometry of each energetic centre( the 7 chakras)🧘💃 I will guide you to connect to your body and each energy centre (the 7 chakras) in your body using movement and specific music (dynamic dance meditation).
