Service Description
One simple way to reconnect and take back control is trough meditation. It's such a simple tool yet so powerful. Stillness and being in the present moment is medically proven to help with managing stress, improve sleep , better self-esteem, overall better quality of life. You can also use meditation as a simple way to be more aware of yourself and your surroundings. I often suggest to my students to take a few moments during the day to connect with their breathing ,to observe, to be present . If you are a beginner or if you already practice meditation but you wish to deepen your practice,I will be so happy to gently guide you and help you
