I will guide you with safety and help you prepare for practicing inversions. We will start with a simple inversion like Downward facing dog , forward fold and finish with tripod headstand.

13:30 - greetings with a little snack and tea
14:00 - gentle Yoga flow / Tingsha bells cleansing
14:30 - introduction to inversions
15:30 - inversions practice
16:00 / 16:30 - Guided meditation/ Savasana
