1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by European Yoga & Wellness, including yoga classes, private yoga sessions, energy healing therapies, workshops, events, retreats, memberships, class passes and products.
By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Bookings
All classes, private sessions, therapies, workshops and events must be booked in advance through our booking system or directly with the studio.
Bookings are subject to availability.
European Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to modify schedules, teachers, services, prices and class formats when necessary.
3. Minimum Attendance for Group Classes
A minimum of four (4) participants is required for a group class to take place.
If fewer than four participants are registered, European Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class.
In such cases, registered participants will be informed as early as possible and their class credit will be returned to their account.
4. Class Cancellations
Group class cancellations must be made at least four (4) hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than four (4) hours before class, or failure to attend a booked class, will result in the loss of the class credit.
No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
5. Private Yoga & Energy Healing Sessions
Private yoga sessions and energy healing appointments must be cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice may be charged in full.
6. Memberships, Passes & Promotions
All memberships, class passes, introductory offers, promotional packages and special offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Purchased services cannot be exchanged for cash.
Expiration dates apply as stated at the time of purchase.
Memberships and passes may be extended only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of European Yoga & Wellness.
7. Workshops, Events & Retreats
Workshops, special events and retreats may be subject to separate cancellation and refund policies.
The applicable policy will be communicated at the time of registration and purchase.
8. Health & Personal Responsibility
Clients participate in yoga classes, private sessions and wellness services at their own responsibility.
Clients are responsible for informing instructors and practitioners of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or other relevant health concerns before participation.
European Yoga & Wellness services are intended to support wellbeing and personal development and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
9. Energy Healing Disclaimer
Energy healing modalities including Reiki, Pranic Healing, Karmic Healing and Radiesthesia are complementary wellbeing practices.
These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Clients should always consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, European Yoga & Wellness shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or expense arising from participation in classes, sessions, therapies, workshops, events or retreats.
11. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
