About the event
Whether you experience a traumatic event or develop negative feelings over a period of time, by releasing these emotions you can achieve greater well-being and live a more positive, productive life.Unfortunately, many people who struggle with negative emotions neglect to confront them because of the immense pain and discomfort they can cause. As a result, these feelings often fester and further create toxic emotions, as well as an array of side effects like lack of sleep, hostility, anger, fear, anxiety, and depression. However, if you learn how to identify these trapped, negative emotions, you can eliminate the toxic pain that’s preventing you from living the life you deserve.December is our time to slow down, release and prepare to start a new chapter with fresh energies, clear intentions and open hearts. It is also the end of a long year filled with the ups and downs, stressful and happy events, work, responsabilités, family, relationships, personal growth, etc. As we go through the year we "collect" some of those energies in our bodies and minds, they get stored as trauma and can create trauma response and multiple physical and emotional symptoms, so it is maybe more important than ever to give special attention to releasing all the unwanted energies in December.In this workshop you will learn but mostly feel the benefits of deep relaxation and being present in the moment. We are going to be using multiple techniques like breathwork, somatic movement, EFT tapping, aromatherapy, sound , yoga and mindfulness techniques to help the body and mind release and reset. Our bodies and minds have amazing healing abilities and it is our only job to switch our system from a stressful "fight-or-flight" response to a trauma free, relaxed state to allow it to heal itself.Duration 1:00 pm - 4:15 pm
