About the event
Inversions are any poses (or asanas) in which your hips and heart are elevated above your head, i.e. “inverting” your body’s normal upright posture. Simple!
Yoga inversions boast a variety of physical, psychological, and emotional benefits that make them a great addition to your yoga practice. Here are our top six:

We will guide you with safety and help you prepare for practicing inversions.
We will start with a bit of mindfulness and meditation followed by some simple inversions like Downward facing dog , forward fold We will focus on the core strenght and the importance of a strong core in performing inversions safely and we will use tools like the feet up chair and the yoga wall for trying out fun and safe inversions before working ona tripod stand and a headstand .
You will learn proper techniques to hold an inversion, and many other useful tools that will boost your yoga practice.
All level students are welcome and this is suitable for new yogis .
