Yoga for fun (Family Yoga)

  About Family Yoga: 

Yoga is great to exercise, stretch, connect, get more energy and  

relax. This is a fun experience to share with your kids and family.  

It’s time to play and laugh. 

Yoga teaches discipline in a compassionate way. Showing us that  

with practice and consistency we will get there. It helps discipline  

kids in a very subtle way. For example for kids who are into super  

heroes, the warrior is an inspiration and it teaches them how to  

calm down, be focused and be present. There are many more  

stimulations in Yoga for kids. All the animal inspired poses, a  

Ballerina for some kids, movement itself, the challenge and  

discovery… 

And as you assist them into some challenging poses it will help  

build their trust and confidence.  

This is a wonderful experience to share with your kids.  

Have fun together! Nancy Richani will lead you through the  

workshop. Nancy is a certified Yoga teacher and a massage  

therapist. She is also a certified Ayurvedic consultant. She believes  

that well-being is not just a body practice, it’s also about the mind  

and soul. She found compassion in Nonviolent Communication  

and dedicated some time to study it. She felt the good in putting  

her hands in earth to slow the mind and feel the connection; she is  

passionately studying and practicing permaculture.

Students with Unlimited memberships only have to pay for family members.

Students with 10, 20, 25 class passes can use their pass for the payment.

This event is by booking only and takes part for a minimum of 5 people .
