Validity
The 20 Class Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of its initial activation. The validity period cannot be extended beyond these 12 months, except in the case of a clearly documented medical issue, at the sole discretion of the studio.
Booking for Others
This pass may be used to book classes for up to 3 people per session, including the pass holder. All participants must be registered with the studio, and each class booked will deduct the corresponding number of classes from the pass.
No Transfer or Refund
The pass is non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, another pass, membership or other service.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Classes must be booked and cancelled according to the studio's booking and cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the class being deducted from the pass.
Expiry
Once the 12-month validity period has ended, any unused classes remaining on the pass will expire and cannot be refunded, transferred or carried over.
In exceptional circumstances, the studio may, at its sole discretion, allow remaining classes to be used after the expiry date. This is not guaranteed and does not constitute an extension of the pass's validity.
